Mango – the king of fruits is undoubtedly the most awaited fruit of the year. It is one such fruit which is everyone’s favourite. Mango is not only consumed and enjoyed in its original form but it is also used in preparing desserts and ice creams.   1. Mango ice cream recipe:

Ingredients:

300 ml of Fresh cream

3 ripe Mangoes but in pureed form

1 tin or 400 grams – Nestlé MILKMAID

Recipe:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Nestlé MILKMAID to it. Further add mango puree and fresh cream in it. Keep whisking it until it mixes and takes a thick consistency.

Step 2: Then, place it in freezer until half set. Then take it out of the freeze and whisk it again. This is done to make the consistency smooth.

Step 3: Thereafter, place the mango ice cream in the freezer and let it set totally.

Step 4: Serve chilled enjoy with everyone.

  1. Mango kulfi recipe:

Slurp, slurp, slurp! Yes, this is how we love to relish Mango kulfi recipe. One of the most preferred kulfis by one and all, it is very easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

500 grams – Mango puree

1 litre – Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk

½ tin or 200 grams – Nestlé MILKMAID

1 tbsp – Corn flour

Recipe:

Step 1: Take a pan and place it on gas. Pour Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk and Nestlé MILKMAID in it. Boil the mixture by continuously stirring it. Bring the flame to sim and let it cook for 15 minutes approximately while stirring it. Do not forget to stir or else the mixture will develop lumps.

Step 2: Now prepare a corn flour paste in a separate bowl. Take corn flour and add 2 tbsp of Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk to it. Now add this entire mixture in the pan. Cook this mixture for 3 to 4 minutes approximately till it thickens. Now take it down and let it cool.

Step 3: As it cools down, the mango puree needs to be added in the pan and mixed well. Make sure all the ingredients are well in sync and is uniform.

Step 4: Take kulfi moulds as desired. Start pouring this mixture in those kulfi moulds and let them freeze for 3 to 4 hours till it completely sets.

Step 5: Its time to serve them chilled. Cut them in pieces and relish them together. You can also top it with some chopped mango pieces.

  1. Baked yoghurt with fresh mango

1 cup of chopped mangoes

Few – saffron (strands)

3 tsp – Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk (Warm)

1 cup – Fresh cream

1 cup – Nestlé a+ Nourish Dahi

½ tin or 200 grams – Nestlé MILKMAID

Recipe:

Step 1: Take a small bowl and add 2 to 3 tsp of warm Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk. Add some saffron strands and soak in it.

Step 2: Take a muslin cloth and add some Nestlé a+ Nourish Dahi. Let it hung for an hours’ time so that it can become a hung curd.

Step 3: Take a bowl and add fresh cream, Nestlé MILKMAID and hung curd in it. Whip it properly.

Step 4: Now preheat the oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes approximately.

Step 5: Take a baking equipment and pour the batter in it. Let it bake in the oven.

Step 6: Once down, let it cool down. Pour some saffron milk mixture on top of it. Garnish it with pistas and fresh mangoes.

Step 7: Serve the dish cold or as desired.
